Allies in Energy is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing energy education, climate literacy, and workforce development. We believe in the Power of & — that energy security AND climate progress are not in conflict, but are achieved together.

To build a more informed, inclusive, and resilient energy future through education, civil dialogue, and community-driven programs.

- **Houston Energy & Climate Week (HECW)**: Annual multi-day event series in Houston, TX bringing together energy leaders, investors, educators, and community members to advance civil dialogue on the energy transition. Free to attend, underwritten by donors and sponsors.
- **AllocatorX**: A convening for institutional investors, family offices, and capital allocators focused on energy transition investment.
- **The Power of &**: Our core ethos — that progress requires holding multiple truths at once (oil & gas AND renewables, business AND community, growth AND responsibility).
- **Grants Program**: Funding for organizations advancing energy education, workforce development, and climate literacy in underserved communities.
